Revised 9-5-20
Welcome to Warren Gymnastics Center
This important information sheet will answer questions
you may have about gymnastics and our program.
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY AND KEEP IT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
COVID-19 UPDATES
IF YOU ARE ILL, EXPERIENCING COVID SYMPTOMS, HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER WHO IS ILL, OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH COVID-19 PLEASE STAY HOME.
EVERYONE ENTERING THE GYM MUST WEAR A MASK AND FOLLOW SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOLS.
Please make sure your child arrives 5 minutes before the start of class. When kids arrive for class, they will enter the gym and stand on a marked spot in the tiled area. Each spot has been measured and marked a minimum of 6 feet apart. The coach will have each child go to the restroom and wash their hands one at a time. At the start of class, the coach will have each child, one at a time, go to a measured and marked spot on the floor for warm-ups and stretch.
After that, the coach will have each child, one at a time, go to their own station at the first event. Each station will be at least six feet apart. They will stay at their station until the coach instructs to rotate to the next station. This will be repeated at the remaining events. There will be no standing in line or shared waiting spots. The kids will sanitize their hands between stations (we encourage them to bring their own and keep it with them throughout the class but we will have some if needed) and the coaches will sanitize the equipment between events with CDC approved methods. Other high touch areas and bathrooms will be sanitized between classes. Each child will need to bring their own water bottle and keep it with them throughout the class, as the drinking fountain will be closed. Each child should bring a small bag to hold their water bottle and hand sanitizer and to keep with them throughout the class.
If your child is late to class, he/she must go through the procedures outlined above and wait for their coach to call them out to the floor before participating. Please try your best to arrive FIVE MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START TIME OF YOUR CLASS!
Spectators will be limited to 10 and must remain in the balcony in the chairs provided. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE CHAIRS. Only ONE adult spectator per family. No non-enrolled children. Spectators MUST wear a mask and maintain proper social distance. Please be on time when dropping off and picking up your child.

PAYMENTS
Payments for each month are due on the last class of the prior month. Include a $5.00 late fee to all payments made after the 7th of the month.
You may pay by cash, check/money order (payable to WGC), Zelle (https://www.zellepay.com) search us by our email address: WarrenGymnasticsCenter@gmail.com, or credit card (https://app.thestudiodirector.com/warrengymnasticscenter/portal.sd?page=Login). Your email address is your user name. Click forgot password to receive an email with instructions to set your password. For cash payments please use the drop box located in the entrance hall. For check/money order payments, use the dropbox or mail your payments to the gym. There will be a fee of $15 for any returned checks.
If your account is not paid in full by the 15th of the month, your child will no longer be permitted to participate in classes until the account is at a zero balance. While this has been a difficult decision for us to make, it is also imperative to collect monthly dues to keep our tuition low. If you have any questions, or need to make arrangements, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Monthly fees are based on four classes. For months that have more or less, pay amount on payment chart.
The monthly tuition payment is required in order to hold a spot in class. If one or more of the following occur we reserve the right to give your child’s spot in class to another student: no payment has been submitted by the 7th of the month, your child has been absent at least two consecutive times, no notice received from parent/guardian about payment or attendance. Team & Pre-Team accounts must be up-to-date in order to practice or compete in any meets.
MISSED CLASSES
No credits or fee adjustments due to missed classes.
One make-up class per month is allowed for each class you are enrolled in.
If you miss a class, you may make it up by scheduling a make up online through the link on our website.
Missed classes must be made up within one month of the day they were missed, during a month for which you have paid, and within the current session.
You may not make up in a new month if you are not continuing or the month has not been paid for.
No make-ups allowed the first week of the summer or fall session.
If you know you will be absent and wish to make that class up ahead of time, please notify us.
Year-round attendance is required for team gymnasts.
